Civil Procedure Code, 1908-Section 24-Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013- Sections 51 and 53-Transfer application-Transfer of case from Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Allahabad to any other Court of competent jurisdiction-Prayer for-Sustainability-Since LARRA is not court subordinate to High Court-Therefore, transfer application not maintainable-Rejected.
