Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 Section 439 Indian Penal Code, 1860 Section 306 Bail Deceased died because of hanging - He was hyper-sensitive man and was very much depressed and feels himself humiliated among his family members, friends and in the society on account of bad habits, immoral act, misbehaviour and illicit relation of his wife (applicant) with several other persons as well as his harassment by the applicant, as mentioned by him in his suicide note - Applicant was not willing to give-up her illicit relation with co- accused and other persons and kept on harassing the deceased adopting different modus-operandi - Forensic Science Laboratory test report has confirmed that said suicide note has been written by the deceased - Bail declined.
