B.A.M.S/B.U.M.S/B.H.M.S doctors are not eligible of same honorarium as M.B.B.S doctors

Employment-Pay scale-Parity in-Petitioners being Ayush Doctors engaged on contractual basis claimed parity of honorarium as paid to Allopathic Doctors also claimed that MBBS and BDS Doctor not superior to Ayush Doctors as specified- Representation of petitioners rejected, which assailed in writ petition dismissed by this Court vide order dated April 12, 2017- However, in SLP Apex Court disposed to make representation before State Government which too rejected-Writ petition as decided by order dated October 19, 2022 while review application allowed challenged under-Sustainability-In considered view of submissions as well as cited decisions found order passed by State Government dated March 29, 2019 rejecting representation of petitioners justified whereas impugned orders passed by single Judge allowing writ petition and review petition not sustained in eye of law, hence, set aside as stipulated-Instant appeal accordingly allowed.
